LCD Screen for Beginner
Please follow the following steps
- Open solid work and select New Part as shown in Tutorial No.1.
- Select the any Plane as shown in the Tutorial No.2.
- Draw a Center Rectangle
- Go to:
- Sketch----> Center Rectangle
- keep the length 200mm and width 100mm of the Rectangle.
- Extrude the sketch
- Go To:
- Features ------> Extruded Boss/Base
- Depth 10mm
- Depth Angle:65deg
- Then click on Tick Mark.
- Select the back and draw a circle on it
- Go To:
- Sketch----->Circle
- keep Radius 28
- Extrude it
- Features ------> Extruded Boss/Base
- Depth 2mm
- Then click on Tick Mark
- Select the circle and draw a rectangle on it
- Go To:
- Sketch----->Rectangle
- Keep Length 70mm and width 23mm.
- Extrude it
- Features ------> Extruded Boss/Base
- Depth 4mm
- Then click on Tick Mark
- Select the base of the rectangle and draw a straight slot on it
- Go To:
- Sketch----->Straight Slot
- Extrude it
- Features ------> Extruded Boss/Base
- Depth 4mm
- Then click on Tick Mark
- Draw a Center Rectangle
- Go to:
- Sketch----> Center Rectangle
- Keep Length 190mm and width 90mm.
- Extrude Cut it
- Features ------> Extruded Cut
- Depth 1mm inside
- Then click on Tick Mark
- Select the border of the rectangle and draw a circle on it
- Go To:
- Sketch----->Circle
- keep the circle radius 1.5
- Extrude it
- Features ------> Extruded Boss/Base
- Depth 1mm
- Then click on Tick Mark
- LCD Screen is Ready

How to sketch the circles
Please follow the following steps
- Open solid work and select New Part as shown in Tutorial No.1.
- Select the any Plane as shown in the Tutorial No.2.
- Click on the circle a small window will be open
- Go to:
- Sketch------->Circle-------> Select Simple Circle.
- Click where you want to sketch and Drag the mouse.
- Define the Circle as shown in Tutorial No.4 if You want .
- Exit the Sketch .
- Now the Circle is Ready.
- Now we will draw a perimeter Circle
- Go to:
- Sketch------->Circle-------> Select Perimeter Circle
- This circle want at least 3 point to draw. Click from where you want to start.
- Select the 2nd point.
- At the end Select the last point and Now your sketch is ready. If you want to define it define it otherwise exit the sketch
